The project is located in a quiet neighborhood, one of the newest in the city. The building is on the north side of a 12m wide street, between 3 new residential buildings, Western Mashhad (Second biggest city in Iran), Vakilabad Ave., Cheraghchi St

Program:

A three story custom design apartment building, 385 m2, two 1 bedroom units in the ground and the second floor and one 3 bedroom duplex unit occupying first and a part of the second floor

Systems:

- Structure: Braced steel frame in one direction, moment resisting frame in the other, standard rolled shapes for beams and concrete deck

- Architecture: Cavity brick walls system with washed cement plaster for the exterior facade, Marmarite stone tiles flooring, wallpapered and painted walls

- Utility: Hydronic system with package units with radiators for heating and evaporators for cooling
